Wholesale Terms & Condition

Become a member

* Welcome Retailer & Reseller, for wholesale enquiry please contact us at sales@360chief.com

* In order to protect our customers profit, we hide the wholesale price. For new customer, please register as a member (<<<Click to Login & register >>>), and contact us to auditing your account ,when your information pass as a wholesale member, you can take the wholesale price.

* A member register fees is RM100, kindly bank in to our account once you received a notify from us to become a member, and fax us the proof of payment receipt with your details, the full refundable by voucher will be sending to you as a discount for your future buying products.

Product

* We will prepare goods in 1-2 days after received of the payment. As a frequent update products,a few goods maybe absent sometimes , customers may pay the balance for other styles or ask for a refund to your account or settle it with us next time.

* All prices are subject to change without period notice, due to the rate of currency and inflation.

* Minimum quantity are required for wholesale purchase, subject to Retailer and Reseller policy applied.(refer to 360 Chief person incharge of wholesale)

* All price are display in (RM) and exclusive of frieght & tax.

Shipment

* We currently use GDEX, City-Link courier services for deliver within Malaysia, for international kindly contact us for more infomation about the rate.

* For Pre-Order of goods, the delivery time will take 4-5 weeks after payment received.

* All the freight handling and fees will be paid by customers, please inform us the way of shipment,whether with insurance or not.

Payment

* we prefer payment by PayPal; NBePay or Bank Deposit prior to shipment.

* For International customer, prefer credit card through PayPal and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

Quality and Replacement

* Considering the expensive cost of freight,no refund or exchange support for international customerscurrently.

* Please check the quality of the goods when you receive them. If you have any objection of the quality,please feedback to us for replacement or be settled by consultation in within 5 working days. It will not be entertained when it is overdue. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

* Returned items must be in good condition such as packaging and completely items inside during received, we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet to the requirement.

* The pictures of the products on our website , the colors may look different due to different screens and sunlight, please subject to the actual products themselves!
